Now a day’s reinforced concrete having poor flexural strength due to improper design. Our project is fully based on, increasing flexural strength with the help of plastic waste and fiber wastes are partially replaced an admixture on some percentage. In the first step of our project, replacing crusher dust for natural sand (30%, 60%, and 100%) is done for M40 grade of concrete. The test results shows that the replacement of fine aggregate by crusher dust upto 60% by weight and coarse aggregate by plastic waste up to 10% has considerably increases the physical and mechanical properties of concrete. By use of this waste, the construction cost reduces by 30%. The saving will be more if the sand availability is at greater distance. This also reduces the burden of dumping the wastes like crusher dust and plastics in the earth so as to reduce the environmental pollution. The mechanical properties of concrete like compressive strength and flexural strength are studied here.
