Abstract

Mutual fund market at present had become a lucrative place to urban population. In the market both public as well as private sector mutual fund companies are facing tough competition from global player. In India level of financial literacy is bottleneck in financial planning and its implementation. It has created pressure on maintenance of profit margins as well on amount of corporate governance.
